ENROLLMENT FEE:

All Horses must be enrolled into the Purgatory Cup Program. This is a one-time fee per horse. Iit enables the Purgatory Cup to add to the added money, and to add new races each year if needed. It ensures that the program can remain viable in the years to come. It is due on July 15. The fee is assigned to a specific horse, and we must wait until you name the specific horse before you pay the fee. If the horse named July 15th. has been previously enrolled in the Purgatory Cup, no enrollment fee is due.

15% OF ALL ENROLLMENT FEES WILL BE USED FOR RACE EXPENSES.
NO REFUNDS UNLESS THE PURGATORY CUP PROGRAM IS SUSPENDED, AND THE REFUND WOULD BE FOR THE AMOUNT OF UNUSED PORTION OF THE FEE.

ENROLLMENT FEES: This is a one time fee, collected prior to the horse running in the Purgatory Cup Program. 15% of the enrollment fee is used for expenses associated with the promotions of the Purgatory Cup.

NOMINATION/BERTH FEES: 15% of the nomination/berth fees collected is used for the expenses associated with the promotions of the Purgatory Cup. The remaining 85% is placed into the specific race the horse is running in.

MAJOR SPONSORS MONEY: 100 % of the Major Sponsors money are placed to the race of their designation. If they do not designate a specific race, then the money will be added to the total purse program.
