| Mission Statement: |
| In order for any society to grow and flourish , that society must continually be
learning, improving and recruiting new members into its association. It must also tend to the needs of the members that have been numbered
amongst them. |

| Goals: |
| Scholarship: This fund will be used to assist interested people who want to further their education in the Equine
profession. It may include but is not limited to; race training, veterinarian, currier, horse showing, ranch management, breeding
programs management and any other field of horsemanship deemed by the Fund to be appropriate. |
|
|
|
| Relief and Assistance: The fund will be used to assist people in the horse industry to pay for unexpected and unforeseen
medical expenses occurred while in the performance of their duty in horse related professions. |
|
|
|
| Memorial: The fund will assist with funeral expenses and other expenses associated with the loss of a loved one that
has been involved in the horse industry. |
|
|
|
| Support: To develop a fund to assist and aid humanitarian groups that take care of animals (Specifically Horses) |
|
|
|
| These gifts will be made on the basis of need. |
|
|
|
| Gifting Management Philosophy: |
| A percentage of the net proceeds of the Purgatory Cup Events will be contributed to the fund each year. |
| Money received by way of gifts, donations and any other means given to the fund will be added to the fund. |
| The gifting will never invade the principle of the fund, but will make all gifts from the interest earned annually by the fund. |

| Gift Allocation Formula: |
| Money received by way of fund raising for the Benevolent Fund will be distributed in the following manner. |
A) 70% will go directly to the Principle of the Fund.
B) 30% will go to developing new events and sustaining ongoing events and expenses. |
| 40% of the Money received from the net proceeds of the Events will go directly to the principle of the fund. |
| 60% of the Money received from the net proceeds of the Events will go to develop new events and sustaining ongoing events. |
